Argentina ranks fifth in world wine production. Top producers Province of Mendoza (Provincia de Mendoza) and Province of San Juan (Provincia de San Juan) are located in the mid-western part of the country that is called the Cuyo Region (CUYO). Thanks to the cool climate and the low humidity, as well as the natural irrigation by the glacier water of the Andes, high quality grapes grow here.
In recent years, high quality wines have been produced and exported all over the world. You can enjoy famous Argentine wine in province of Mendoza and San Juan.
