Jesuit Block and Estancias of Cordoba
(ESTANCIA Y MANZANA JESUITICA EN CORDOBA)

Many historical sites, such as Estancias (ranches), buildings and churches, constructed by the Society of Jesus in the 17th century, are widespread, and are collectively registered as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO as Jesuit Block and Estancias of Cordoba.

Access: Approximately one-hour flight from Buenos Aires, or ten hours by bus.
Climate:

In summer it is hot at daytime and mild at night. In winter it is cold and dry.
The annual precipitation is about 722 mm, and the rainy months are from October to March.
